Smoked from Above BBQ and Ribs – 3376 Princess Anne Rd Ste 201, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

smoked-from-above-bbq-virginia-beach-va“This place was SO good. We are pretty picky about our barbecue and this place didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly, the owner/cool was so nice and personable and the food was sooo good. The ribs were sweet and perfect, the Mac and cheese delicious, the hush puppies were perfect too! We also got a kids chicken mini BBQ plate which was a big hit! I definitely recommend this BBQ joint!”. (Yelp!)

Bravo! Cucina Italiana – 193 Central Park Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

“I’ve eaten at Bravo twice and gotten carry-out several times.   Each time I’ve had a good experience!  The “Pasta Woozie” (chicken fettucine alfredo) with a caesar salad is great!  The tiramisu was also good.”. (Yelp!)

YNot Pizza & Italian Cuisine – Great Neck – 2102 First Colonial Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23454

“I’ve been going to Ynot for 15 years and it’s one of my favorite VB restaurants. The pizza is fantastic and while it may have started as a pizza joint, it has grown into a classy Italian restaurant! They have amazing calzones, lasagna, other pasta, etc., not to mention the huge variety of sweets.” (Yelp!)

China Moon – 2346 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454

“Very good Chinese. The egg rolls are superb. The dumplings are good – dipping sauce could be better. Fried won tons and sweet and sour chix come with an excellent sweet and sour dipping sauce. Lo Mein is OK – could stand a little garlic and less faux smoke flavor. General tso was ok, but the sauce needs some spice. Crab rangoon was good, almost tasted like there was real crab in there, but the wrap they use is too heavy and overpowers it.” (Yelp!)
